We have several automatic CMM measuring machines, a Keyence digital optical comparator and 3 projects and 2 steel hardness testers. Before any steel proceeds to EDM, we check for verification of tolerance. Before any electrodes go to EDM, we certify that those electrodes are in tolerance.
With precision measuring capabilities, we are able to support internal quality certification, ensuring that every insert and component for a tool is with in design parameters. As needed, we can provide customer a reliable steel and part dimension report.
